For the Love of St. John’s

(St. John’s)Monday, February 10, 2014 – St. John’s Clean and Beautiful is pleased to announce For the Love of St. John’s. This event will exhibit art created by grade 3 and 4 students in the St. John’s area on Thursday February 13th at 6:30pm in the Great Hall, City Hall.

This event encourages young artists to express their love for a clean and beautiful city. Chosen entries from each school will be on display for all to see. This is the fourth year our Youth Engagement Committee has organized this wonderful, feel-good initiative. The event is free and open to the public.

St. John’s Clean and Beautiful is a voluntary non-profit organization committed to creating public awareness, ownership, and involving the community in the cleanliness and beautification of our City. The dedicated promotion of partnership, working together and individual responsibility make this happen. This in turn fosters economic investment, increases property values, and contributes to safety. Improving the quality of life and contributing to a healthier environment for the residents of St. John’s.
